To ensure product quality, the company has introduced German imported spectrometers, advanced furnace front carbon silicon analyzers, metallographic image analyzers, cast iron laboratory analysis equipment, product pressure, tensile strength, wear resistance testing equipment, and established 6 professional product testing laboratories and fire extinguishing laboratories, providing fast and accurate testing methods for large-scale production. All products of the company have passed voluntary certification for fire protection, and some products have passed FM, UL, and EU CE certification in the United States.

  The company has a complete marketing service network and more than 3000 distributors. The company has innovated its marketing model and deepened its channels, providing comprehensive and precise services from distributor store design, employee product knowledge and skill training, internal financial control, warehouse management, project bidding, after-sales technical support, and other aspects.

  Taking the conversion of old and new kinetic energy as an opportunity, the company plans to invest a total of 2.5 billion yuan and plan to build a provincial-level new and old kinetic energy conversion project, Yangcheng Emergency Equipment Industrial Park, covering an area of 410 acres. The construction includes a high-end emergency rescue equipment production workshop, an emergency equipment research and development center, an electronic alarm system production workshop, a technology intelligent fire experience center, a green casting upgrade workshop, a three-dimensional storage area, and expert apartments.

  The park has been built in three phases, and the first phase of the completed project covers an area of 150 acres, including a three-dimensional warehousing project and a green casting equipment upgrade project. The green casting equipment upgrade project has been completed and fully put into operation, achieving a daily output of 300 tons of castings. The green casting project equipment adopts internationally leading equipment, such as Denmark's sand molding line, the United States' Yingda electric furnace, automatic pouring machine, and France's Fadirk sand treatment equipment. The import equipment rate of the project has reached 75%, and the automation rate has exceeded 80%.
